Returns

Returns are possible within 14 days – Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Your right of cancellation expires 14 days after receipt of the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, it is sufficient if you send us a clear message (for example, a letter, fax, or email). You can use the enclosed forms to exercise your right of cancellation. You will receive this form as a PDF file . To exercise your right of cancellation within the specified period, it is sufficient if you send us a message within 14 days.

Consequences of exercising the right of withdrawal
If you cancel the purchase agreement, you will receive a full refund of all payments made for the respective order, including shipping costs (except for shipping costs incurred due to your special delivery request), within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same method of payment as your original payment method. There are no additional costs for you for a refund. The refund will, of course, only be processed after we receive your return shipment. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to return the goods within 14 days.

You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs. Should the goods depreciate in value due to use, you will be responsible for any resulting depreciation or associated costs.

The statutory warranty applies to all products sold. A statutory warranty means that the product will meet the requirements you, as a consumer, expect from it.

Received the wrong product?
We always strive to ship the correct products, but there is a chance that we may make a mistake and ship the wrong product. If you receive the wrong product, please return it to us unopened, unused, and, if possible, undamaged. We will cover the costs of such returns. This also applies to the shipping of the goods to you if this error has occurred. You can also use the returns form to return incorrectly delivered goods. You can state the reason for the return. For a return, the goods, including all accessories, can be sent back to ZEBRAFASHION with the return form and a copy of the invoice in proper packaging.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Seurenhealth will not refund the shipping costs for the return shipment unless the error was ours. Seurenhealth will refund the shipping costs for the original order. It is also possible to offset the shipping costs against new orders.

Procedure for returns
If you would like to return one or more products, please follow the steps below. By following these steps, we can process your return as quickly as possible.

1. Return form Please use our return form and include it in your return shipment. You can download the return form here.

2. Please send an email to our customer service at zebrafashion@hotmail.com , stating the product you wish to return. You will receive an email from us with return instructions.

3. Confirmation of receipt of your return We will send you an email as soon as we receive your return.

4. Exchange / Refund of Purchase Amount We will exchange the goods or refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

Conditions for your return shipment
If you wish to return a product, it is important that you handle the product and its packaging with the utmost care. Please only unpack the product as much as necessary to inspect it. If you wish to return the product, please use the address below. Please package the return carefully and include a copy of the invoice and the return form.


If your return shipment arrives damaged and this damage is due to inadequate packaging or if the return shipment is insufficiently postage-paid, you will not receive the full purchase price. In this case, the costs incurred will be offset against the credit note on a pro rata basis.

Wrong product received
Was the wrong product delivered? In this case, the product in question can be returned to Seurenhealth.nl. To simplify this process, we recommend using our return form. The product, the return form, and a copy of the invoice can be sent to ZEBRAFASHION , properly packaged.

Receipt of defective goods
Does the ordered product not work properly upon receipt? In this case, please contact our customer service by sending an email to zebrafashion@hotmail.com or call us at +31 615600727. We are available Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. You can also return the product to us along with the return form. After receiving your return shipment, we will correct the problem as quickly as possible. Of course, we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs if the error is our fault.
